Wash your hair once a week with a mild shampoo. Lather the shampoo in your hand or mix it in an empty bottle with water. Focus on washing the hair near your scalp by pouring the shampoo-water mixture over it and pressing with the flat of your hand. Avoid rubbing, as too much shampoo can dry out your hair.
Apply a hair treatment or conditioner to the lengths of your hair and let it sit for a while. Cover your hair with a plastic bag and wrap a towel around your head, leaving the treatment on for 10-30 minutes. This will leave your hair super soft and shiny
