Terms of payment and delivery
When do we deliver?
We are not yet offering nationwide delivery at the start. Online purchase and personal collection in store are currently the available options. We will announce this as soon as we are able to deliver throughout Germany.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver your order to any address in Germany and Europe. The weight or number of parcels does not matter. The delivery will be made to the order address stored in your customer account and will be shipped with DHL. A tracking link will be sent to you automatically by e-mail. In Germany, we also deliver to packing stations and offer Saturday delivery. There is also the option of express delivery within Germany with next-day delivery for an additional charge. The parcel notification is sent by e-mail, in large cities even with a time window.
How long does delivery take within Germany?
All products are available for direct shipment. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 1-3 working days from receipt of order. Express orders received before 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the next day (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).
How long does delivery take outside Germany?
Shipping within Europe takes approx. 4-6 working days, provided the goods are available.

Your parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel has not arrived after several days and you have not received a message from the deliverer, please contact us. We will check the whereabouts of your parcel and make an additional claim if necessary.
The parcel was delivered with transport damage?
Please report the damage to us as soon as possible. In the case of hidden damage that only becomes visible after opening the delivery, please contact us directly. For all damage, send us digital photos of the damage by e-mail, stating the customer number.

You can pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard via PayPal. Your credit card details are not stored on our systems.
